Guanri e-Topup Solution to Prepaid Airtime
1. What is Guanri e-Topup Solution?
Guanri e-Topup solution to prepaid airtime offers telecom carriers and vendors a cost-effective way to deliver their topup service without issuing or distributing topup cards any longer, and provides users an easy and convenient way to top up their mobile phones with public payphones.
Guanri e-Topup solution is applicable to all Guanri coin-operated payphones.
1.1 Topology
Here, we’d like to take payphone W991 as an example to illustrate the topology of the solution. 
Description:
① The user selects the topup amount, inserts coins into payphone W991, and then inputs the mobile account to be topped up.
② The payphone sends the information to the carrier platform over CDMA network.
③ If topup is successful, the carrier platform sends a PIN to the payphone. If topup is failure, the carrier platform sends an error message to the payphone.
④ The payphone collects the coins inserted upon receiving the PIN and shows the successful information on the screen. Otherwise, the payphone displays a failure message and returns the coins inserted to the user.
1.2 Workflow
The user presses “airtime” key to enable the topup function.

Note: The carrier can define the face value and the number of coins to be accepted. The maximum number of coins to be accepted is 5 for indoor payphones or 7 for outdoor payphones.

Step5: The payphone interacts with the carrier platform to fulfill the topup process and then shows the user the topup result. If topup is successful, the payphone collects the coins inserted and displays as below:

Note:
- If topup is failed, the payphone displays the failure message and returns the coins inserted.
- The user can receive a prompt message after successful topup if this function is available on the local network.
- For unattended payphones, only the small-amount topup service is available. The user can repeat the operation to buy more airtime.
- For attended payphones, both small-amount and large amount services are available.
