There is a communication problem between the terminal and the background

Solutions:

a. Check whether the SIM card is inserted and connected properly. 
b. Check whether the SIM card balance is enough.
c. Check whether GPRS service is enabled for the SIM card to access the Internet.
d. Check whether the ID, IP address and port number of the terminal are correct.
